About Us:

We are a leading Manufacturing company serving the Oil & Gas sector. To strengthen our business growth, we are looking for a driven and technically sound Sales Executive with prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry and hands-on exposure in welding or fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and decision-makers. Promote welding-related products, solutions, and services to meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, and after-sales) to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. Expansion of customer base in Oil & Gas sector. Repeat business and long-term client partnerships. Contribution to market intelligence and business development strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong technical knowledge and exposure in welding processes, consumables, or equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure. Strong networking skills with existing client relationships in the sector (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
