Sales Executive (non medical supplies) Healthcare and Clinics
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach new business opportunities within clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare groups.
Promote and sell the company's range of non-medical supplies including disposables, hygiene products, and F&B support items.
Conduct market research to stay informed of trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the healthcare division.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote HORECA Blue.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical supply industry (preferably in non-medical consumables or support services).
Strong knowledge of the healthcare procurement process and B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
