ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xef\x82\xa7 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the agreed sales targets \xef\x82\xa7 Fully responsible for the revenue generation of the sponsorship, exhibition stands, and delegates registration to achieve agreed sales targets for your event \xef\x82\xa7 Working closely with Project Head for the success of the event and to achieve the agreed sales target \xef\x82\xa7 Manage the sales team and provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets \xef\x82\xa7 To seek out, consider, and evaluate new business opportunities \xef\x82\xa7 Analyse sales data, Monitor sales figures, and report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to enable senior management to be updated on the progress of the event \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. \xef\x82\xa7 Frequently monitor competitive events and identify new leads to ensure that sales opportunities are developed and maximized \xef\x82\xa7 Visit exhibitions and other relevant events to contact existing clients and develop relations with potential clients \xef\x82\xa7 Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers \xef\x82\xa7 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure current and new business is developed \xef\x82\xa7 Working closely with the Project Head and Marketing Manager, assist in developing a marketing strategy to generate maximum participation of exhibitors, delegates, and, visitor \xef\x82\xa7 Working closely with the sales team and accounts department in revenue collections QUALIFICATIONS \xef\x82\xb7 Min 2-3 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience \xef\x82\xb7 Previous relevant experience in an events company is a desirable \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity in selling Sponsorship, Exhibition stand, and Delegates \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Oman and the Middle East market is plus \xef\x82\xb7 Arabic & English written and spoken is a must \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide variety of clients and partners across multiple mediums, including; phone, email, and face-to-face meetings \xef\x82\xb7 Highly motivated, ambitious, and a desire to take ownership and responsibility to ensure the best outcome and meet the deadline \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work towards KPIs, using them as a motivational tool to hit and exceed targets \xef\x82\xb7 Adaptable and collaborative nature, able to work individually and as part of a team \xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel \xef\x82\xb7 Availability of extra hours and weekends as per project requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to travel within and outside Oman Salary: RO400.000 - RO600.000 per month
