Al Jouhar Group, a leading toy distributor in the MENA region, is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive - Modern Trade

to join our growing team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence in key modern trade accounts such as Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, and other major retailers. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong retail partnerships, and ensuring our toy brands stand out on the shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade retail chains Ensure timely execution of planograms, product visibility, and in-store brand standards Manage stock levels, shelf space, and product rotation at key outlets Execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and activations Track sales data, analyze performance, and prepare reports Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in toys or FMCG sector Previous experience in modern trade (Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, etc.) is a strong advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Familiarity with UAE's retail market and consumer behavior Must hold a valid UAE driving license
