Sales Executive
to join our team and help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell MEP products to consultants, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on project leads.
Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers in the MEP and construction sectors.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical product presentations.
Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate terms to close sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
Report on sales activity and pipeline progress to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in MEP or building materials/products.
Knowledge of water heating systems, pumps, or filtration systems is a strong advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
