Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of specialized industrial and infrastructure-related products, including valves, water meters, flow meters, copper pipes, gunmetal fittings, pressure loggers, fire hydrants, corrosion protection materials, insulation cladding, and leak detection services.

We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of ownership who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and deliver measurable results. Candidates from both technical and sales/marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors, including contractors, consultants, municipalities, and utilities. Promote and sell the company's full portfolio of products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions and quotations. Support site visits and field demonstrations as required. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals. Follow up on proposals, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer support. Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide actionable insights. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using internal systems.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Product training will be provided.

Experience



2-4 years of sales experience preferred, ideally within industrial, construction, plumbing, or infrastructure-related products. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is highly desirable.

Skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Willingness to learn technical product knowledge. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Basic computer literacy (MS Office). Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales.
