Cromex is looking for a talented and results-driven
Sales Executive
with a strong background in both ATL and BTL advertising. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, client management, and delivering creative advertising solutions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities across media, events, and advertising sectors.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
Create tailored proposals and compelling sales presentations.
Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and sales performance.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven sales experience in the advertising industry.
Strong understanding of
ATL
(multimedia, video, print) and
BTL
(events, activations, direct marketing) strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel).
Working knowledge of
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
UAE driving license
preferred.
