We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
with strong technical expertise and a proven sales track record in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a background in
Mechanical Engineering
along with an
MBA or PG Diploma
, and 3-4 years of hands-on sales experience in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries in Qatar.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate product knowledge and solution delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
(mandatory).
MBA or Post Graduate Diploma
in Sales/Marketing or related field.
3-4 years of proven sales experience in Qatar
(preferably in industrial, engineering, or technical products).
Strong network and understanding of the Qatar market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
