Ideal candidate must have Qatar Driving license and have experience in "HORECA" Hotel Restaurant and Cafes

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Negotiation:

Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product benefits and build rapport with clients.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the HORECA industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Relationship Building:

Strong skills in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Organizational Skills:

Good time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Technical Aptitude:

Proficiency in using digital tools for sales and record-keeping.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new sales leads within the HORECA sector. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients. Promote and sell products or services by conducting client visits, product presentations, and tastings. Client Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients. Provide ongoing support, resolve customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term retention. Sales Operations: Negotiate prices, supply terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather client feedback to enhance product offerings. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitive insights for management. Achieving Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
