Job Description
Required 2 sales staff for dubai showroom Male/Female Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about products Conduct price and feature comparisons with other brands Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the co-staff to provide excellent customer service Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store/Brand Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Requirements and skills Work experience as a Retail Sales Representative preferred Understanding of the retail sales process Computer knowledge Excel, Word, Outlook, Basics of Ecommerce Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Ability to learn quickly Flexibility to work various shifts Any degree Age limit 30 Years Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
