A well-established, Dubai-based logistics and supply chain solutions provider--known for its customized freight, project logistics, and global trade services--is looking for a
target-driven Sales Executive
to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Business:
Identify and secure new clients in the logistics, freight forwarding, and shipping sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing accounts to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and gross operating profit (GOP) targets.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Conduct a set minimum number of sales leads/visits and convert a defined percentage into revenue-generating business.
Pricing & Quotation:
Negotiate freight rates with carriers/shipping lines and provide timely, competitive quotations to clients.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue data.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with Operations and Documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Outstanding Collections:
Follow up with clients for overdue payments, in coordination with the Finance Controller.
Promote Full Service Portfolio:
Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell and promote the full range of company logistics services.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the
UAE logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry
.
Client Database:
Existing network of industry contacts, key accounts, or a proven track record of new client acquisition.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals in a competitive, high-growth market like Dubai.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with shipping terms, freight rates, negotiation tactics, and UAE trade logistics.
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory
.

AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month + commission on new leads/closures
