The client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive - Lead Generation to support our Enterprise/Corporate Sales Team for the UAE market. The role primarily involves outbound calling, database building, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to generate high-quality leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate and enterprise clients across the UAE region.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through research, outreach, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain an up-to-date database of prospects using CRM tools and online research.
Understand client requirements, assess potential fit, and pass qualified leads to the frontline sales team for closure.
Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls for the enterprise sales team.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, qualification, and conversions.
Collaborate closely with the UAE sales team to ensure smooth handover and lead follow-through.
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and regularly update the CRM.
Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the UAE market.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus).
Strong research and prospecting skills with attention to detail.
Goal-oriented and self-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
