Position Overview

The

Sales Executive

will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will have experience in the kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design industry, with a strong understanding of joinery products, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within residential, commercial, and builder/developer markets. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners. Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and product options to clients. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate project specifications and smooth handovers. Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to project completion and after-sales service. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up-to-date with market trends, materials, and competitor activity. Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven sales experience in kitchens, joinery, cabinetry, or related industries (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of materials, fittings, and design processes used in kitchen and joinery manufacturing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver's license (for site and client visits).
