Job Description

MANDATORY MAIN REQUIREMENT: Sales experience selling confectionery products for HORECA & Bakeries sector is a MUST. : Sales Executive Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Handling the entire sales process as well as after sales support.
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Follow up on account relivable and make sure that there is no due payment/breaching as per every customer payment terms.
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
  • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
  • Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors\' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Senior Sales Executive Requirements:
  • Extensive sales experience selling confectionery products (Chocolate, Chocolate fillings/Cream, Sauces, Decorations, Sugar paste & Cake ready mix & Bakery products etc..)
  • Extensive sales experience in UAE market is a MUST
  • Sales Experience (GCC & Middle East market will be a big plus)
  • Has a solid customer base and would be able to promote the company products across the market/region.
  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Own a car and holding UAE driving licenses
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years\' of sales experience
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
  • Salary range between 3500-5000 AED + Car allowance + Rewarding sales commission
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
