We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our IT services team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales and a strong passion for building client relationships, driving revenue, and growing accounts across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services across multiple sectors
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions from our IT services portfolio
Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline and account management
Coordinate closely with internal technical and delivery teams for proposals and solution execution
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to expand business reach
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools
Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT services sales or account management
Good understanding of IT and digital solutions, including:
Web development
Mobile application development
SharePoint solutions
Custom software solutions
Managed IT services
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Willingness to travel within the region as required
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
