Klystron Global is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT solutions, software products, and digital services to corporate (B2B) clients across the UAE. Arabic-speaking ability is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B leads for Klystron Global's IT products and services.
Promote and sell solutions such as ERP systems, AI-based applications, IT consulting services, automation tools, and digital transformation products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-ups on leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM updates and provide weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for project handovers.
Participate in marketing activities, events, and client engagement programs when required.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
B2B IT sales
(software, digital services, solutions, IT products).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Arabic-speaking
is mandatory; English proficiency required.
Ability to understand and explain IT products clearly to clients.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
UAE market knowledge is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory).
