Gateway Computer LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of IT products and printing solutions, including remanufactured toners, compatible cartridges, printers, and computer accessories. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing customized solutions to business clients.
The Sales Executive will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and proactively identify potential B2B clients across UAE markets.
Promote and sell company products including printers, toner cartridges, laptops, storage devices, and other IT peripherals.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and solution demonstrations to build rapport and trust.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management review.
Maintain knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT products and office printing solutions.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English, Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the UAE market.
Background in B2B or corporate sales.
Familiarity with FSMA (Full-Service Maintenance Agreements) and printer leasing models.
