Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Visits & Client Consultation:
Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements.
Understand client needs, evaluate spaces, and recommend suitable interior solutions.
Explain design concepts, materials, and service offerings to potential clients.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Follow up on inquiries, convert prospects into customers, and build long-term relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth communication process.
Address client concerns, provide timely updates, and maintain a strong professional relationship.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and quality service.
4. Industry Knowledge & Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations.
Research competitors and market demands to identify business growth opportunities.
Suggest improvements in product offerings based on customer feedback and market analysis.
5. Collaboration & Project Coordination:
Work closely with the design, project, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure that client expectations are communicated effectively to the project team.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain an up-to-date record of sales, leads, and client interactions.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
