Pre-tendering: Meeting key decision makers like consultants, main contractors, fit-out contractors, interior designers & clients to ensure products are specified, which can generate potential enquiries
Tendering: Participating in prospective tenders & enquiries, by making quotations to enquiries received
Order Finalization: Follow-up, negotiation and finalization of orders / supply contracts with customers and vendors
Contract / Orders execution: Receive, acknowledge, process, execute and deliver orders, in accordance with order/contract obligations. Processing of order will include supplier related activities, like preparing orders or suppliers, providing assistance for obtaining approvals from customers, and continuous follow-to to ensure contract obligations are met
Payment Collection: As per company policy
Market survey and competitor feedback: Regarding Future & Ongoing projects, competition activities, customer satisfaction and avenues for expansion and growth. Periodical price and product feedback of competitors
Organizational Requirements: Budget inputs for forecasting, achieving set targets, adhering to corporate policies, code of ethics, quality policies and objectives and social commitments to train & develop local expertise
Skills
Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering or Business Management Experience: 5-10 years relevant experience Skills/Knowledge:
Sound technical and product knowledge of geosynthetics products (geotextiles, geogrids, geocell, HDPE liners etc.)
Exposure to selling of manhole covers &gratings \xe2\x80\x93 Ductile iron, Cast Iron, FRP/GRP products
Should have relevant experience and excellent contacts with infrastructure, landscaping contractors, Civil & MEP contractors \xe2\x80\x93 roads, bridges, landfills, dams, reservoirs, pipeline, O&G etc.
Having worked with leading design consultants and clients for specifying right products in various segments.
Excellent communication skills.

Excellent Negotiation Skills
Handle the entire business cycle \xe2\x80\x93 Procurement, specification, quotation, sales & payment collections
Ability to source best-in-class products to meet market requirements

Analyze and understand requirement/potential of customers.
