Sales Executive
with experience in HR and manpower services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for HR & manpower services. Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients. Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure service delivery. Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in HR / Recruitment / Manpower industry. Strong knowledge of UAE HR and labor market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. UAE market experience is a
must
. Must be fluent inEnglish
(Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license preferred.Job Type: Full-time
