Key Responsibilities:

Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel services.
Event & Group Booking Coordination:
Handle bookings for conferences, weddings, and group stays.
Work closely with event planners and coordinate with operations teams.
Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Generate sales reports and forecasts.
Collaboration with Hotel Departments:
