Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Retention:

Identify potential corporate, travel agency, and event planning clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel services.

Event & Group Booking Coordination:

Handle bookings for conferences, weddings, and group stays. Work closely with event planners and coordinate with operations teams.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting & CRM Management:

Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline. Generate sales reports and forecasts.

Collaboration with Hotel Departments:

Coordinate with front office, F&B, and housekeeping for seamless guest experiences.
Required Skills:
