Our esteemed client, one of the leading distributors of HORECA Production and professional equipment (Coffee Machines, Cold Line Equipment, ovens, Water Filtration, etc.) used in food and beverage and F&B items, is seeking an experienced and motivated HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) Sales Executive to join their team.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their range of F&B equipment and solutions to clients in the hospitality industry. Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Set up meetings with potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the client\xe2\x80\x99s HORECA products.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients successfully to retain them.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Getting feedback from clients on samples and proposals.
Provide solutions and follow up on the client\'s problems.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and expand our customer base.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously enhance your understanding of HORECA products and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 4+ years of experience in selling HORECA industry products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the HORECA market, industry trends, and customer needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
