About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer with sales exposure in Home Automation and ELV systems to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support for the design and implementation of smart home automation and ELV solutions. This role is perfect for a professional with good technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cutting-edge technology in the home automation and low voltage systems sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, target, and generate sales leads for home automation and ELV projects within the UAE market.

Understand and interpret customer requirements, providing tailored solutions in the home automation and ELV sectors.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of automation systems and ELV solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and system integrators.

Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tenders, ensuring that solutions meet customer specifications and requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, ensuring smooth integration and operation of home automation and ELV systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in home automation and ELV systems.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

2 - 3 years of experience in outdoor sales or technical sales within the home automation, ELV, or smart building technology sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of home automation systems, ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, audio/video distribution, lighting control, etc.), and integration with other building management systems.

Possesses valid UAE Driving license

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to provide tailored solutions.

Familiarity with the UAE market, including local regulations and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Knowledge of automation platforms like KNX, Crestron, Lutron, etc.- is an added advantage

License/Certification:



UAE Driving License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
