Key Responsibilities
Generate, follow up, and convert leads for
business setup
and
international recruitment services
.
Present and explain
UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation
options to clients.
Advise clients on
recruitment services, available job roles, and visa processing timelines
.
Conduct consultations via
phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings
.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
client records in the CRM system
.
Achieve monthly
sales targets and performance KPIs
.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with the
operations and PRO teams
to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Key Requirements
Minimum
1 year of sales or business development experience
(UAE experience preferred).
2-3 years of relevant sales experience
in the home country is also welcomed.
Fluent in English and Hindi
(required).
Basic understanding of
UAE business setup procedures and visa processing
is an advantage.
Proficient in
WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
.
Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Presentable, professional, and confident in client interactions.
Quick learner
with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
