Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive (Hindi Speaker)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in

business setup services and visa processing

. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales while maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, follow up, and convert leads for business setup and international recruitment services. Present and explain UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options to clients. Advise clients on recruitment services, available job roles, and visa processing timelines. Conduct client consultations via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings. Maintain accurate and updated client data in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Coordinate with the operations/PRO team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Key Requirements

Minimum

1 year of sales or business development experience

(UAE experience preferred).

2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the home country

is also welcomed.

Fluent in English and Hindi

(required). Basic understanding of

UAE business setup procedures and visa processing

is an advantage. Proficient in using

WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

. Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated. Presentable, professional, and confident in client interactions. Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
