Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Rental Equipment Sales Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving rental business, developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the right equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rental equipment sector (construction, electromechanical, and infrastructure projects). Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing rental contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients. Prepare rental quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements in line with company policies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align business strategies. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service of rental equipment. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the rental division. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience in rental equipment / construction equipment industry

within UAE/GCC. Strong client network in construction and electromechanical sectors is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE Driving License is

mandatory

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
