Job Description

We are looking to grow our team. This is an outdoor Sales executive role wherein you will be responsible for B2B and B2C sales of our custom-designed Weight management, body contouring and physiotherapy packages. Broadly; your clients could be anyone who is looking for life style and body transformation services. Your Responsibilities: Meets established sales quotas and revenue goals within assigned time frame. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective corporates and individual clients. Represent the Company at meetings, trade shows (booths, exhibits) and other functions as required. Maintain understanding of Company philosophy, Services provided and keep track of competition. Develop and deliver sales proposals, close deals in a professional and effective manner. Participates in sales forecasting and planning as needed. Successfully complete all training programs (required per the Role), Willingness to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime as and when required. Maintain industry knowledge through continuing education classes, professional industry memberships/general business periodicals and journals. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years progressive experience in health and/or specialty product sales and service with results driven track record.
Technical Skills and Knowledge Fluency in multiple languages. (Arabic speakers may get preference).
  • In-depth knowledge of weight management, nutrition, health products and services preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE laws/regulations, i.e. DHA and MOH rules and regulations.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and sales and prospect database skills.
  • Good accounting and math skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, discounts, commissions pro-rata.
  • Ability to write business, creative sales, and marketing correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of employees, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and provide high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrate effective communication and confidence to address large audiences and groups.
