Sell gym memberships and fitness packages to prospective members
Proactively generate leads through walk-ins, calls, follow-ups, and referrals
Conduct gym tours and clearly explain services, facilities, and pricing
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and memberships
Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in
selling gym or fitness memberships
(mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Target-driven and self-motivated
Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE fitness industry is an advantage
