i Train Gym is looking for two motivated and enthusiastic

Female Sales Executives

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our gym services, and helping us expand our membership base. We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are driven by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Promote and sell gym memberships and services to potential clients. Engage with walk-in customers, provide gym tours, and explain membership options. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively. Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing activities. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

Qualifications

:

Female candidates only. Previous sales experience is preferred (experience in the fitness industry is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Knowledge of gym memberships, fitness services, and industry trends. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Positive and energetic attitude.

Salary

: AED 2,500 per month + commission (based on sales performance).
