Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

UAE natural stone market

, specifically in granites and marbles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the highly competitive construction and interior design sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Identify new clients including contractors, interior designers, architects, and developers. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions from the product range. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including site visits when required.

Market Expertise:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Recommend changes to product offerings and pricing strategies based on market feedback. Utilize knowledge of UAE building codes and design aesthetics to better position the company's offerings.

Quotations & Negotiations:

Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions via CRM tools. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in granite, marble, or natural stone sales in the

UAE market

. Strong network within the construction, fit-out, and architectural sectors in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates. Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with different types of natural stones, finishes, and applications. Knowledge of supply chain and import/export procedures related to stone materials. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve targets.
