Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team and promote the Resort to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- A proven track record in sales (hotel/hospitality industry) with a valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices including leads generation and sales pipeline management.
- Responsible for generating leads through various channels and following up with potential clients and closing sales deals.
- Follow on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintains relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing guests concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
