Job Description

Applicant should have Commercial Kitchen Equipment experience
Understand customer requirements for built-In and free-standing kitchen equipment
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, and emails, and updating the customer database
Follow with the payments and track after-sale support
Coordination with production workers technician after sales for fixing the equipment’s
Identify sales opportunities and potential customers i.e., Hotels, Luxury Apartments, Service Apartments, Kitchen Suppliers, and Direct Individual Customers
Analyze market demand and market trends for modern kitchen equipment
Understand major kitchen appliances and pricing and develop sales and marketing strategies
Preparation of sales tender and quotations
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Handle existing customer base & further develop new customers with strong relationships with Customer network, consultants, developers, and owners and uphold the image and reputation of the company & principal equipment as the supplier of choice
Contribute to increasing market share by enhancing inquiry base, qualifying inquiries & conversion of orders
Responsible for the promotion of Commercial Kitchen, Laundry & Refrigeration Equipment to customers by generating sales, and promotion tools (consultants, customers, contractors, etc., through personal meetings, seminars, and printed/e-data material)
Discuss with consultants and key accounts their project specifications
Work closely with customers to ensure order conclusion
Consult with line manager on defining strategy and implementation of strategy for Distribution & Consulting Sales
Competitor analysis and client profiling
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
