Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored freight solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present quotations to customers; follow up to close sales.
Coordinate with the operations and pricing teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
Participate in client meetings, sales visits, and industry events.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics services, pricing, and market conditions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of freight operations (Air, Sea, Land, Customs Clearance).
Proven sales track record in achieving targets and generating new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
