We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Sales Executive
with solid experience in
freight forwarding and logistics
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing customized logistics solutions that align with customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in air, sea, and land freight services, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions and consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and lead generation.
Solution Selling:
Understand client supply chain challenges and recommend suitable freight forwarding solutions using the company's global agent network and service offerings.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Presentation & Proposal Development:
Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients. Develop and adapt company portfolios and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
Collaboration with Operations:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met, ensuring seamless service execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
4 years of experience
in sales within the
freight forwarding and logistics
industry is a must.
Proven track record in
B2B sales
, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of
international shipping terms, customs processes
, and logistics procedures.
Excellent
negotiation, communication
, and
interpersonal
skills.
Proficiency in maintaining and managing a
CRM system
.
Highly
organized
with strong
time management
skills and attention to detail.
Strong command of the
English language
(written and verbal);
Arabic
is an advantage.
Confident in conducting
face-to-face meetings
and presentations with businesses.
Must possess a
valid driver's license
and have access to a personal vehicle.
Must be
currently residing in Qatar
and available for immediate employment.
