Sales Executive – Forex & Financial Services

Job Description

The Sales Executive will focus on acquiring new clients, promoting forex trading platforms, and generating revenue through strong client relationships. This role is highly target-driven and requires excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and onboard new clients for forex trading accounts.

Promote company trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, etc.) and investment products.

Follow up on marketing leads and convert them into active traders.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and trading volumes.

Conduct presentations, product demos, and client calls to explain forex products.

Meet monthly sales KPIs such as deposits, trading volume, and revenue.

Keep updated with forex market trends, product features, and competitor offerings.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

1-3 years of sales experience (forex, CFD, or financial services preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales KPIs.

Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, or Russian are a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Preferred Attributes:

Knowledge of forex markets and trading instruments.

CISI certification or other financial qualification (advantage, not mandatory).

Energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
