Sales Executive for Emirati Talent (Tawteen Program)

Reports to: Nationalization Lead / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship-Driven Sales: Utilize your local network and cultural understanding to build trust with a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Market Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Azco within the local community, enhancing our reputation and reach.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the complete sales process for Off-Plan, Secondary, or Leasing properties, from prospecting to closing.
• Strategic Development: Participate in crafting strategies to better serve the local market segment.
• Leadership Development: Engage in tailored workshops and training designed to fast-track your progression into future management roles.

Qualifications & Skills:

• UAE National with a valid family book.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• A strong desire to build a successful career in sales and client relations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional, presentable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• RERA certificate is preferred, but we will fully sponsor and guide eligible candidates to obtain it.
