To drive sales growth by promoting and selling coffee products to retail, HORECA, and corporate clients, while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in retail, HORECA, and distribution channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Promote and present the company's coffee products to potential customers, demonstrating product knowledge.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights.
Ensure timely delivery coordination with the logistics team and follow-up on orders and payments.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and promotional activities with clients in line with company guidelines.
Participate in trade shows, product tastings, and marketing activities when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in coffee, FMCG, or food & beverage distribution.
Strong knowledge of coffee products, brewing basics, and market trends (advantage).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid driving license and familiarity with Qatar (or local) market routes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage time efficiently.
