We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies for our cleaning company. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, technology sales, and the ability to manage a territory effectively. The Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. Conduct product demos to showcase the value of offerings to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and support lead generation efforts. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and territory management. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales,

with minimum 1 year experience in UAE in a cleaning company.

Experience in technology sales is highly desirable. Proficient in managing leads and customer interactions. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
