Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the building materials and hardware industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working within the GCC region, with a proven track record in sales and customer relations. The candidate must be flexible, results-oriented, and ready to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the construction and building materials sector.

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to clients on our range of building materials.

Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the building materials or hardware industry in the GCC.

STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF UAE MARKET

Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Must have a reference from a previous employer in the building materials sector.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible work hours and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets.

Additional Skills:

In-depth knowledge of building materials products and the construction industry.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
