. We are now looking for a dynamic

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

to join our growing team and help us expand our client base.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, and closing deals across our core services: fit-out, maintenance, and kitchen solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive client outreach, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in Dubai and the wider UAE market. Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to promote APLUS services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to ensure successful deal closures. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored solutions for clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within construction, fit-out, maintenance, or related industries. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful contracts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. UAE market experience is highly preferred. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Team player with strong time management and organizational skills.
