Designation: Sales Executive - UAE Department: Sales Reporting To: Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to lead our specialty fertilizer sales efforts in the UAE market. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive network of local farmers and agriculture traders to drive business growth, establish strong relationships, and promote our range of specialty fertilizers tailored to the region\'s unique agricultural needs. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the UAE specialty fertilizer market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target clients, and market segments to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and market research.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Utilize existing local contacts and establish new connections with farmers, agriculture traders, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their specific fertilizer needs and challenges.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing technical support when needed.
3. Product Promotion and Education:
  • Educate clients about the benefits and proper usage of our specialty fertilizer products.
  • Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products to farmers and traders.
4. Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Set achievable sales targets and objectives for the UAE market in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate regular reports, and present insights to the management team.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
5. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to specialty fertilizers.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
6. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of marketing materials, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales or business development, preferably in the agriculture or agribusiness sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the local UAE agricultural community, including farmers and agriculture traders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Technical knowledge of specialty fertilizers and their applications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
