Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50 and QuickBooks is a must.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, and general accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
