to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales Present and explain services clearly to customers Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients Maintain customer records Coordinate with the team to improve sales performance Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in
English, Malayalam, and Hindi
(spoken fluency is mandatory)Basic computer knowledge
is requiredMust be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learnPreferred Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
