Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid communication and negotiation skills.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of sales performance metrics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Bachelor's degree Preferred.
Valid UAE driving license (Required).
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
