Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales successfully.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
