Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and follow up on generated leads
Manage daily operations and responsibilities of the business center.
Conduct professional office viewings and pitch IBC's value-added services
Convert prospects into long-term clients by closing leasing deals
Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding and agreement finalization
Maintain accurate CRM records, track existing and new clients, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions
Requirements:
1-2 years' proven sales experience in business centers, serviced offices, or real estate
Strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
Presentable, energetic, and highly goal-oriented
Willingness to occasionally commute between branches (if required)
