We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused

Jewellery Sales Consultant

to join our dynamic team at Indus Jewellery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing the elegance and values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, offering personalized service and product knowledge Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery items (gold, diamond, pearls, etc.) Demonstrate product features, explain quality, carat weight, cut, and price Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and clienteling Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and display aesthetics Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in compliance with company policy Stay updated with product knowledge, latest trends, and promotions Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets Support in achieving team performance goals and participating in training sessions

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset Presentable appearance and confident demeanor Knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones is preferred Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills Fluency in English, Hindi, Nepalese or other languages is a plus Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
