To drive real estate sales for Azgard by proactively generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals while maintaining a strong market presence. The agent will be responsible for maximizing revenue through direct sales efforts, portfolio development, and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve individual and company targets.
1. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking events.
2. Follow up on inquiries promptly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
3. Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers/tenants.
4. Build and manage long-term relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, landlords).
5. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
6. Negotiate deals, prices, and contract terms to close sales effectively.
7. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
8. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor listings, and pricing.
9. Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and deals in the company's CRM.
10. Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market feedback.
11. Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
12. Assist in marketing properties through open houses or promotional events (if required).
