The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, with a good understanding of UAE business setup processes. This is an office-based role focused on following up with leads, converting inquiries into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
Provide accurate information about business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and other documents to clients
Maintain and update CRM systems with client details and activity
Coordinate with PRO and operations team for document collection and process updates
Build and maintain relationships with clients through professional communication
Assist the marketing team in campaign feedback and lead quality evaluation
Stay updated on UAE company formation regulations and industry trends
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales or client service experience in the UAE (experience in business setup preferred)
Strong English communication and client handling skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of UAE free zones and mainland licensing is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
