We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve customer satisfaction
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills (CRM software is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
